HonorHealth's Network Dialysis/Apheresis services are expanding and we are seeking to add an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Dialysis/Apheresis inpatient teams. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for general operation of Dialysis/Apheresis departments and services at all network hospital locations.
Supports service, quality and financial metrics and initiatives as identified by the network or nursing division.
Manages the departments and coordinates activities with other areas of the organization and with internal and external customers.
Works with medical director(s), physicians, CNO's, nursing leadership and others to achieve technical performance, quality standards, regulatory compliance and financial targets.
