Executive Search has responsibility for providing superior executive search execution, advice, counsel and information to ensure Conifer has the best talent available to help the company achieve its corporate goals and objectives. Maintains complete ownership of each executive search he/she is assigned. Responsible for sourcing, screening and maintaining active pipeline of candidates. Completes focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external web searches, user groups, niche sites, networking and employee referrals. This position will partner closely with a variety of hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to achieve success in filling key positions. The role is also responsible for managing executive search firms and process when necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Demonstrated creativity and success in executive search recruiting
Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques.
Knowledgeable in various employment laws and compliance issues
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills; reaches out and operates as a team player
Strong leadership, ability to influence and persuade - sales skills
Self-starter who can work with Hiring Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners in remote offices as well as independently without close supervision
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Windows environment, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word, is mandatory
Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4 year college degree in Human Resources, Business Finance, or related field required or High School Diploma and related experience required.
3 - 5 years of recent executive search experience, preferably in an organization with multi-site responsibility
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management a plus
