This essential position is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of all activities related to adherence to the laws, regulations and policies that govern Federally Qualified Health Centers. Our CEO and Board of Directors will rely upon and value your legal expertise in areas of compliance and ethics and will seek your guidance in order to make sound legal business decisions. Your experience in areas of compliance as related to: Operations, finance, quality assurance and human resource procedures will be essential to the success of our organization.
Master’s Degree, Juris Doctor Degree, MBA desired.
Compliance Certification preferred.
Minimum of ten years of experience in a senior leadership position and/or specialized education in an applicable field. Leadership experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
Three years of experience managing or consulting for an organization through FQHC, FTCA, TJC, NCQA and CARF accreditations and certification processes preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in compliance and audit in a complex medical center or related setting (i.e. law office, public accounting).
Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations.
