Return medicalrecords. At tach HIPPA/Medicaredocuments to the encounter forms.Check-in patient upo n arrival in the practice. Identify correctpatient information in Maest ro Care.Verify patient demographic data. Edit Maestro Care as needed.Acc urately identify the appropriateaccount for patient visit. Present ande ducate patients on requiredforms and obtain signature asrequired by poli cy and procedure. Completes all Maestro Care check-infiles and manage al lappropriate alerts. Collect and post co-payments and balances onaccount s due. Imprint all patientcards as indicated by procedure. Coordinate al l labs/procedures asrequested.
