SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to manage daily operations for professional coding services, ensuring the integrity of coded healthcare data, maintaining accurate and timely charge-capture practices, supporting the creation of compliant claims, and promoting a high-performing revenue cycle by optimizing business practices and results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in a job related field plus 3 years job related experience OR 7 years job related experience require

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Strong PC and word processing skills required.

Strong written & oral communication skills, project planning, and analytical skills required.

Ability to mentor and direct others in performance of duties required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC, CPC-A, CCS-P)
