This position is responsible for coordinating, supervising and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit, inpatient division. Hybrid position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
- Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
- Product, service, or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
- Oversee Nurse Case Managers
- Creates and reviews Process and Procedures for the department annually and as needed
- Assess and provide input for meeting metrics for the department
- Collects and maintains data for Inpatient Team IDT meetings
- Assures Clinical Documentation is in place by reviewing charts in Practice Connect for IP CM’s
- Collaborates with the Lead APC for the programs
- Provides assessment and feedback to the nurses on job performance
- Conducts Common Review annually
- Collaborates with all Departments for IT upgrades to platforms
- Attend IDT and other meetings as required
- Processes requisitions for new hires
- Interviews candidates and obtain computers etc. for new hires
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- RN/LVN license
- 2+ years of Supervision or Lead experience in in-patient environment
- Intermediate knowledge of computer usage
- HMO knowledge
