Position Summary

This position will play a key role in Children's Minnesota's Healthcare Legal Partnership (HLP) by serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients, introducing and orienting patients' families and/or legal guardians to HLP services. The Coordinator will conduct the client intake process, including determining clients' program eligibility and the type of legal support needed. The Coordinator works collaboratively with referring parties across Children's MN to promote HLP services. The Coordinator is responsible for data tracking and analysis and for promoting HLP services within Children's Minnesota.
