Absence Management Partner
Nemours is seeking an Absence Management Partner to join our team at one of our locations in Wilmington, DE, Orlando, Pensacola, or Jacksonville, FL. This position is mostly remote with occasional travel to the office. The Absence Management Partner will manage operational relationships of third party leave administrator and serves as organization's labor law professional coordinating the leave requirements of the primary federal statutes-- the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Uniformed Services Employment, Pregnant Worker's Fairness Act (PWFA),PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and any applicable state laws.
