ScionHealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Administrative Supervisor to join our team at the ScionHealth Corporate Support Center, located in downtown Louisville, directly across from the historic Brown Hotel. This role is full-time and will work onsite/in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.
Job Summary
Working Supervisor that provides leadership to Administrative Assistants through training and process management.
Essential Functions
- Monitor workflow and productivity.
- Training
- Daily review of Central Business Office (CBO) folders.
- Maintain supply levels.
- Assist with daily tasks when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company?s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in an office environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
