Regional Director of Radiology
JOB SUMMARYRegional Director of Radiology is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating operations and programs of the radiology service line at Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which performs medical imaging in BSWH hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care facilities. The imaging equipment may include x-ray machines, fluoroscopes, CT scanners, or MRI equipment and produce radiographs used by BSWH physicians to diagnose illness and injury. Plans and directs programs and activities which may include clinical practice guidance, clinical rotations, utilization, quality, productivity, performance standards, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuing education. Develops and establishes policies and procedures related to the radiology practice
