Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient behavioral health team, supporting both Emergency Department and consult liaison services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations in the Emergency Department

• Deliver consult liaison services across medical and surgical units

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute psychiatric conditions

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Active or eligible Florida medical license

• DEA license required

• Residents and Fellows encouraged to apply
