The Palliative Care Practice of MaineHealth Medical Group (MHMG) is seeking a palliative care physician to join our growing team in a blended role that includes inpatient and outpatient palliative care, along with hospice medical leadership as an Associate Medical Director. This position is designed for a clinician who values continuity and wants to provide patient- and family-centered care across settings, including hospital-based consults, outpatient palliative care, and hospice (home and inpatient hospice as appropriate).
