RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with 8-10 patients per day, allowing for ample time to discuss symptoms/concerns. Provide root cause analysis based on lab work and provide treatments from nutritional modifications to hormone replacement therapy.

Our team includes a Medical Director to support with Clinical Leadership, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Policy and Program Development, Education and Training, and Strategic Planning. We have a full-time functional Physician Assistant and an OB/GYN on staff performing all of our Well Woman Exams.  Additionally, two Co-Founders are engaged full-time to support 5-Star Customer Service, Office Management, Membership Engagement, Patient Acquisition, Marketing, Finances, and Strategic Planning.  We have a full-time Registered Nurse to support our on-site Blood Lab Management, DEXA Scanner, HRT Administration and Patient Engagement. Lastly, we have an functional Nutritional Therapist available to partner with patients on defining and tracking lifestyle goals.
